EnergyAustralia have awarded Blue Star Direct for “Marketing Service Excellence” in their “Marketing Excellence Awards 2013”. We were nominated by the EnergyAustralia Marketing Operations team and the result was determined by an internal voting process. Blue Star Direct were awarded for continually and proactively providing EnergyAustralia with cost out and process efficiencies and providing great service delivery. Blue Star Direct helped Energy Australia begin a transition to electronic Direct Marketing using the Exact Target platform.
EnergyAustralia is one of Australia’s largest energy companies, servicing the needs of over 2.7 million residential and business customers nationally. EnergyAustralia are a long-standing client of Blue Star Direct and have engaged our mailhouse and archival services since 2005. Blue Star Direct was awarded the DM contract earlier in the year.
