Blue Star Direct have been awarded the two year contract for EnergyAustralia’s Direct Marketing. EnergyAustralia is one of Australia’s largest energy companies, servicing the needs of over 2.7 million residential and business customers nationally.
Blue Star Direct will be responsible for the delivery of marketing communication, with such objectives as to reduce customer churn rates, increase customer loyalty and engagement, win back lapsed customers and acquire new customers. EnergyAustralia will be utilising Blue Star Direct’s multi-channel capabilities to communicate with their customers and prospects via mail, email and SMS. The contract also includes the production and delivery of compliance material such as repricing communication.
EnergyAustralia are a long-standing client of Blue Star Direct and have engaged our mailhouse and archival services since 2005. Off the back of our commitment to consistent quality delivery of this work and in response to a tender, Blue Star Direct was awarded the DM contract.
EnergyAustralia’s work will be co-ordinated and produced out of our Victorian site. EnergyAustralia’s Senior Marketing Manager David Jackson says “Blue Star Direct are a pleasure to work with.
