Blue Star Direct have recently acquired the contract for the Commonwealth Bank of Australia’s Gift Card Fulfilment Program. The two year contract, which commences on 1 October 2013, will see Blue Star Direct partner with CBA to deliver the Gift Card Program to the bank’s credit card customer base.
Blue Star Direct has a longstanding relationship with Australia’s largest bank, providing services to the bank since the early 1990s. In response to an RFP and subsequent tender process for the Gift Card Fulfillment contract, Blue Star Direct’s solution incorporated postage savings and the introduction of a client portal. These innovations represent significant enhancements to the bank’s previous solution.
